MRDC serves small towns throughout Rural Maryland in a myriad of ways. From basic support for town management and services to large, several-year projects such as wastewater system installation or replacement, MRDC offers a stable of experts to lead towns and the people in them to self-sufficiency. Over the past decade, the MRDC Town Management Program has provided over $100 million of support, repair, and new development to towns from the Western mountains to the Eastern Shore farmland.
